Personal Data

According to the personal data of the EU General Data Protection Policy (RGPD), it is defined as: "Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (" holder of the information "); an identifiable natural person is one that can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific factors of the physical, physiological , genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person ".

How we use your information This privacy notice generally informs how we, TEC IT, collect and use your personal data, and whenever there is a collection of them, we will inform you about the purpose and treatment that will be given.

Why does TECIT need to collect and store personal data? In order for us to provide you with certain service, we must collect personal data for the sole purpose of providing such service. In any case, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. In relation to being contacted for marketing purposes, TECIT will contact you to obtain additional consent, should you have this need and interest.

Details of your rights to correct, delete, restrict or oppose such processing. Information about your right to withdraw consent at any time. How to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
